Add Revenue
$1500-$6000/yr is a fantastic amount of money...it is important to compare apples to apples. The contribution of an RVM is astonishing when a host considers their average $/sq ft. Some of the premiere retail locations in the country generate $1500 $/sq ft in revenues at 50% gross margin, or $750/mo in net income. The chart below shows $/sq ft contribution to host locations for the S100…

This chart assumes discs will be kept an average of 3 days each. Host commissions may vary.
For a host to generate income equivalent of 10 rentals per day, they would need to generate $1448/sq ft at a profit margin of 50%. The minimum acceptable level of rentals generates extraordinary income for hosts…and don’t let them forget it!
How It Works.
Using the CineVend RVM is simple…fast…easy.
To rent a disc…
Press RENT on the user interface…
Customer enters the slot number that corresponds with their movie selection…
Customer swipes their credit card…
Machine will approve the credit card and dispense the disc.

To return a disc…
Press rent on the user interface…
The door to the machine will open…
The customer places the disc in the machine…
The disc is restocked and ready to be rented by the next customer.

Each disc is tagged with a unique RFID (available from CineVend.com for $1/tag). The RFID tag can not be removed without damaging the information on the tag. During the Rental process, the tag is scanned two times by two different RFID scanners to ensure accuracy.
When the disc is returned, the RFID is scanned again. The RFID must match the RFID code of one of the discs currently rented out of the machine. When the code is a match, it is laced in its original slot and ready for rental by the next customer.
